LANDING AND TAKING-OFF FROM NATURAL SITES

In accordance with the Regulation on Off-Airport Landings and Take-offs of Helicopters (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 83/2016), any applicant wishing to conduct a landing or take-off outside of registered airports and heliports must complete the OPS.APL-45 Application for landing and taking-off from natural sites.

Procedure for Obtaining a Permit

  1. Complete the OPS.APL-45 application, which can be found on our website.
  2. Submit the completed application to the email address info@caa.si.
  3. After submitting the application, you will receive confirmation and further instructions from the CAA.

Flight Notification for Annual Permit Holders

All flights involving off-airport helicopter landings and take-offs must be notified in advance to the CAA. The notification should be sent to info@caa.si, including all necessary details such as the time and location of the take-off/landing and other relevant flight information.
