Combined organisation - CAO

Existing maintenance organizations, which were approved under Subpart F of Part M of Regulation (EU) 1321/2014, must obtain a new approval under Part-CAO or Part 145 by 24. September 2021 24. March 2022 (due date was postponed for six months due to Covid-19 pandemic, ref. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 2021/700) at the latest. Direct transfer to an approved organization under Part-145 is not possible; therefore, a new, different application is mandatory - see subpage 145 organizations. Otherwise the certificate will expire.
