Registration mark reservation

The Registration Mark is reserved by submitting an application for registration of aircraft (AIR.OBR-108). The Agency issues a Certificate of Reservation of the Registration Mark for the purposes of purchase or leasing, conclusion of insurance, painting of the registration mark, and obtaining a radio station licence for an aircraft that is being registered for the first time.

If more than 30 days are required to prepare a complete application for the registration of an aircraft, the registration mark may be reserved in advance by submitting the application for Reservation of a Registration Mark (AIR.OBR-107). In this case, the tariff for the service implementation of the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Slovenia shall be charged and paid based on the Agency’s invoice.
