Article 16(12) of the Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 requires the Member States to designate a body responsible for the implementation of Article 16(6), (9) and (11).

In the Republic of Slovenia this body is established in the CAA, by the decision of CAA Director. It is called Just Culture Complaint Body and it is established specifically for fulfilling the responsibility defined by the regulation.

The Just Culture Complaint Body consists of three members, CAA employees, two of them are permanent members of the body and one is appointed on case-by-case basis, depending on subject matter of the complaint.

Employees and contracted personnel shall not be penalised for reporting alleged infringements and the Just Culture Complaint Body shall guarantee a high level of confidentiality.
