Adria Airways is not allowed to continue operations.

Dear interested parties.

The operating licence No 37282-5/2011/5, granted to Adria Airways on 24 November 2011, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 September 2008 on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community, pursuant to the decision taken during oral proceedings held on 25 September 2019, and in conjunction with Article 9 of that Regulation, was revoked on 30 September 2019 at 16:00.  Adria Airways is not allowed to continue operations.

The Agency shall issue a written decision regarding that matter within 5 days (Article 174 of the Aviation Act).
